Drakengar is the capitol of the Hounhilian Empire, and home to ruler Syrune Evioro. The palace tower is a central location in Drakengar, where Syrune lives and stores magical artifacts. The tower also holds banquets each night for visiting travellers and scholars, to help supply the Empire with a constant influx of information. Underneath the tower is a secret basement which holds a Warforged army being created for an impending war. This is where Beetle was created and later escaped from. The Warforged army here look identical to Beetle, though with a more limited consciousness.
