Assassination of Spifi Barkhide

In 1926 PR, the high priestess of the then-named Children of Mystra, Spifi Barkhide, was killed while walking through Liront. Bystanders claim hearing music before two humanoids shot fire-based spells at the priestess, killing her. Four people fled the scene, one killed as he was trampled by horses upon escaping. The three remaining--Kaladin Rakkan, El, and Mahilk Chad--escaped the city, and became the primary suspects and accused of the murder. The three were later officially pardoned by Doza Farbreeze.
