Neuvy

Neuvy is a city in the west of Yon'ver and the capital of the Principality of Panvilia. It is governed by Nala Blazebough, the Queen of Panvilia. The city is known for its status as the capital, diversity of people and business, and guild ranking system.

Guilds

Many of the people living in Neuvy are a part of one of its many guilds -- independent organizations that can be commissioned by the kingdom to take on jobs. The guilds of Neuvy are ranked on a publicly visible signpost near the center of the city based on their credibility, size, and power, leading to competition between the guilds for high rankings. The distribution of guild jobs and guild rankings are performed by a committee led by Atwood. There are eight guilds in Neuvy:

The Dojo

The Dojo is known for their focus on training martial arts. They are popular and quite influential.

The Workshop

The Workshop is a group of tinkering workaholics who hardly ever sleep. Their ranking often fluctuates as they tend to work until they drop, keeping them from consistently taking jobs.

The Academy

The Academy is an uptight group of wizards who pride themselves on taking tough assignments. They have a rivalry with The Pit.

The Pit

The Pit is a collection of sorcerers, warlocks, and mages who practice forbidden arcane secrets. They are rivals of the Academy. Notable members include Kaladin Rakkan, Broil, Muzira, Nym, and Abellio.

Keepe

The Keepe is an order of devoted knights of Helm who do good deeds in his name.

Warren

The Warren is an organization of assassins and thieves who lurk in tunnels beneath the city. Notable members include Siggs.
