Floyd Lampy is a taxidermied jackal with the ability to emit magical light from his eyes, who was gifted to The Cloudy Fools by Phoebe La Rouge in exchange for an item of sentimental value. He was awakened by El in 1928 PR, and emits light which can cut through magical darkness. He wears a sombrero and has an Australian accent. Before he was awakened, his owner was Kaladin Rakkan, and now that he has sentience, cannot be owned.
