Whaken

Whaken is a country in the southwest of Yon'ver, with capitol Edfairse and current ruler Glutas the Boar.

Politics

Whaken is arguably the least developed of the countries in Yon'ver, due to its constant political turmoil at the hands of wandering militant factions. Leading rulers of Whaken are those in charge of the most powerful faction at the time, though designations of factions are unofficial. Some examples of significant factions are those lead by Zabbel the Knife and The Tailor.

Geography

The geography of Whaken varies from dense forest to the north, to stony rubble in the southern coast. Whaken is boardered by the Principality of Panvilia to the west, the Sunwalian Theocracy to the north, and the Hounhilian Empire to the east.

Significant Places

In the south, the capitol Edfairse sits on the rocky coast, with few complete buildings standing. The coast boarders a gulf (shared with the Principality of Panvilia where Jenves Dhunesath runs a spy operation for Glutas the Boar. A small Triton civilization is rumored to exist within this gulf.
