Syrune Evioro is the Grand Duchess of the Hounhilian Empire and its head of state. She is 7/8ths High Elf and 1/8th Eladrin.

Early in the events of the Fool's Aftermath she was placed under the influence of its music, and placed into a semi-catatonic state. Bysis, her secretary, ruled in her absence. In 1928 PR, she was healed by the Cloudy Fools to return her to power.
