Bysis Helda is a high elf and the secretary to Syrune Evioro. Near the beginning of the Fool's Aftermath, under control of Fiovaux, she placed Syrune Evioro into a cataonic state with a music box and took over command of the Hounhilian Empire. She worked to develop the Warforged military program, and collaborated with Skartu and the Sunwalian Theocracy.

In 1928 PR, she along with an entourage of Warforged were ambushed on the way to a meeting with the general Chion in Skartu by the Cloudy Fools and Syrune herself, who the Fools healed. She was freed from Fiovaux's control by being transported to the Astral Plane.
