The Necklace of Adaptation is a magical necklace made of a fine green chain. It allows the user to breathe in any environment and protects the user from magic and spells that would interfere with their breathing. It is currently in the possession of Kaladin Rakkan, who obtained it after destroying the component of the Kraken's Imprisonment that bound it in chains. It was retrieved from Syrune Evioro's magical storeroom in 1928 PR. Shortly after it was taken, its guardian, a bagienikk, appeared to guard it and was subsequently killed by the Cloudy Fools.
