Weakchin is a goblin shipwright and former adventurer living in Emeaken. He aided the Cloudy Fools in slaying the Spectator that was guarding a component of the Kraken's magical seal, and which had petrified some of the town's citizens. After killing the spectator, Weakchin was given Zabbel the Knife's old knife as a sign of goodwill from the Cloudy Fools.
