Inhabitants
The Shadowfell is mainly populated by remnants of the dead and creatures of shadow and darkness. The witch Phoebe Le Rouge lives here on Valding Bluff, with her bat. The lost soldier of the Ghoul War, Laremy, and his skeleton horse, reside here.
Events
